Objectives:

The CCPE, along with the financial entities with  which it has agreements, is promoting the microcredits program for enterprising foreigners.
The Agreement signed between the Peruvian Chamber of Commerce in Spain and these financial institutions aims to finance the plans of enterprising immigrants through personal loans  with favourable conditions, and without the need for guarantors.

Once the microcredit has been awarded, the CCPE will monitor and supervise the progress of the business.

Who is the programme for?
All foreign entrepreneurs who:

Are starting a business or who started one less than a year ago.

Present a business plan in accordance with the established model, and a certificate of validation from the CCPE.
Conditions:

Maximum Amount: 25.000 euros
Repayment: 4 years, plus 6 months cooling off period (optional).
Interest rate: 5.5% fixed rate throughout the operation.
Commission: No opening, study or premature cancellation commission.
Guarantees: personal, without guarantors.
Maximum financial aid: 95% of the entire cost of the project.
Procedures:
Those entrpreneurs interested in takijng part in the Microcredits Programme should contact the Peruvian Chamber of Commerce in Spain, which will manage the programme.

The CCPE will provide the necessary information and advice as well as the model that should accompany the business plan. (see the bisiness plan, only spanish )

The CCPE will carry out a technical analysis of the business plan and will award a certificate validating the plan. Later, the file will be sent to the corresponding financial institution which will evaluate the application and decide the outcome.

Then, a document will be sent to the Microcredits department of the financial institutions, whi will study the application form and will decide about its resolution.

Once the microcredit has been granted, the CPPE will monitor the setting up of the business.
